Whether any Appeal will lie to the High Court against the Order of the Appellate Board?

The Act is silent as to whether appeals against Orders of the Appellate Board will lie to the High Court. Since, the Appellate Board is considered to be a Appellate Tribunal like other Tribunals, it is presumed that the Writ Petition will lie to the appropriate High Court having Jurisdiction.
