Did you know the Presidential candidate Mr.Donald Trump once sued Kotak Mahindra Bank in the Delhi High Court ?
The dispute was relating to when Kotak bank was trying to sell their Product as “Kotak Trump Card”. Though there was no interim order granted by the Delhi High Court, the matter was resolved through Mediation.
With mediation efforts failing to break the impasse for months the HC warned Trump and Kotak Mahindra if they fail to settle by October 2013, the court will frame issues and adjudicate.
Finally, settlement arrived between Trump and Kotak Mahindra Bank, the order was passed on 25.10.2013 by HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE VIPIN SANGHI based on settlement terms agreed between the parties.
