To Support The Functioning Of Eye Care Centers, Ncd Clinics, And Primary Carehospitals With A Focus On Providing Highquality Health Servicesincluding Eye Care Services, Vision Screening, And Treatment Foreye-related Conditions And To Facilitate The Rehabilitation Andempowerment Of Individuals With Disabilities Through Specialized Programs, Assistive Devices, And Skill Development Initiatives. 3.to Design, Develop, And Implement Skill Development Programs For Healthcare Professionals, Community Health Workers, Andcaregivers To Enhance The Quality Of Healthcare Services And Toadvocate For Policies And Regulations That Support Quality,affordable Health Services, Public Health, Eye Care, And Disabilityservices And Ensure Their Effective Implementation By Setting Up Sessions Regularly And To Advocate For Evidence-based Policy Making At The Local, National, And International Levels,aiming To Influence Decisions With Reliable Data And Researchoutcomes. 4. To Promote Awareness And Understanding Of Mentalhealth Issues, Mental Illnesses, And The Importance Of Mentalwellbeing Through Various Campaigns, Workshops, And Educational Programs, Design, Develop, And Implement Evidence-based Resilience Skilling Programs Aimed At Enhancing The Psychological And Emotional Resilience Of Individuals Facing Mental Health Challenges. 5. To Support The Determination Of The Magnitude Of Common Non-communicable Diseases And To Identify Appropriate Strategies Through Implementation Research To Improve Health Out Comes At Individual And Population Levels And To Promote Research, Awareness And Education About Prevalent Infectious Diseases Including Antimicrobial Resistance, It Consequences, And The Importance Of Responsible Antimicrobial Use Among Healthcare Professionals, Patients, And The Public, Develop Evidence-based Guidelines And Protocols For Antimicrobial Stewardship Programs, Aimed At Optimizing Antimicrobial Use, Reducing Resistance, Andimproving Patient Outcomes.
