To Undertake, Carry On, Establish, Organize, Promote, Operate, Conduct And Develop The Business Of Insurance As An Insurance Broker Whether In India Or Elsewhere Subject To The Laws Of The Place Where The Business Is To Be Carried On, And For This Purpose To Develop And Service Insurance Customers In Both Life And General Insurance Sector Under Various Schemes Including Whole Life Insurance, Endowment Insurance, Double Benefit And Multiple Insurance, Health Insurance And Insurances Covering Risk Against The Perils Of Loss Or Damage To Property Including Loss Of Profit And Business Interruption Insurances, And Such Other Schemes, Plans And Policies As May Be Considered Expedient And Permissible From Time To Time And To Engage In Functions Of A Direct Broker As Per Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority (insurance Brokers) Regulations, 2013 And Also To Act As An Intermediary, Representative, Advisor Or Otherwise To Deal In All Incidental And Allied Activities Related To Insurance Business And For This Purpose To Apply, Approach, Acquire, Hold, And Procure Such Rights, Titles, Permissions, Entitlements, Licenses From The Government/ Semi- Government Authorities Like Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority Including Local Authorities, Public Bodies, Undertakings, Associations And From Such Other Authorities As May Be Necessary And Expedient To Carry Out The Aforesaid Activities.
